九旸电子(IC PLUS Corp.)成立于1997年7月，是专业计算机网络通讯IC设计公司，总部设在新竹市(紧临新竹科学工业园区)，并在台北汐止设立研发、业务及客户服务部门。于2007年4月30日成功上市。 IC PLUS九旸电子专注于高速及超高速以太网络收发器及交换器之研发、设计及营销业务，目前拥有70多项国内外以太网络专利，是国内及全世界少数自主研发并拥有10/100Mbps及Gigabit以太网络收发器、交换器及智能网络电源供应(PoE) IC之设计公司。 IC PLUS九旸电子拥有坚强之经营与研发团队，具有多年丰富研发与量产经验，并掌握最关键之高效能DSP、高速模拟/数字转换器、模拟/数字整合SoC及兼容性测试等核心技术，可缩短设计时程，达到Time to Market之要求。 IC PLUS九旸电子目前员工人数约150人，其中六成以上为研发人员。核心价值为「专业、创新、务实」，以专业的精神，力求创新；以务实的态度，追求卓越。

IC PLUS九旸电子的质量管理系统为通过ISO9001:2015 认证，是遵照ISO 9001国际标准要求所建立及实施与维持，并利用质量目标管理、内部稽核、预防矫正及管理审查之实施等方法，持续改善其有效性。 质量管理系统，包含IC产品开发设计、销售业务及委外生产。外包采购及生产过程管制，依外包厂作业特性订定各项管理机制及规范，以监督外包厂之作业能力与质量控管，确保委外生产过程符合要求，并且满足客户与法规要求。 所有员工遵守品保手册及相程序文件之规定，及依据作业程序所引用之相关管理规范执行各项质量活动，以达成质量要求。
